1. What is a subscription?
A subscription is a pre-order of a set number of loaves which are delivered to your home,
either weekly or fortnightly depending on your choice.
All subscriptions are for 8 loaves, and are delivered across your subscription period- for example, if you order one loaf
per delivery your subscription will run for 8 deliveries. If you order two loaves per week your subscription will run for 4 deliveries.
2. What happens if I need to pause my plan?
You can pause and restart your subscription any time you wish so you never have to worry if you're out of town on holiday!
3. What if I need to cancel a bread delivery?
You can cancel a delivery upto 48hrs before your loaf is due to be delivered and reschedule for a later delivery date.
4. Can I change my delivery day and time?
Yes and no. We bake a limited number of loaves per day which are pre-booked by customers. Where we have bake-space on your
requested change of day (for example from Mondays to Wednesdays) you can change the day - we will do our best to accomodate.
5. How should I store my bread?
We recommend that you store your bread from Impossible foods in the fridge. This is because of Mumbai's warm
humid climate and the fact we don't use preservatives. When you take your slices out of the fridge, if you toast the
slices slightly (lower toaster setting) just to gently warm the bread, the slices go back to their original softness (the
fridge makes the bread a little firm). Enjoy!
