A sourdough bread for every occasion. Light, but not to light- a bread that can stand on its own as well as compliment any topping. Best lightly toasted.
Perfect with a thick schmear of butter, cheese, cream-cheese, quark, honey, jams or preserves. This bread is also great with cold cuts as well as an accompaniment to salads, soups and stews.
INGREDIENTS: Orgainc Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough (yeast), Salt.
